Our new coffee mug with a unique design is here!

Through our contacts with Solid Groud (a non-profit organization that offers training and further education opportunities to young South Africans - www.solidground.training) we started a competition for this year's graduating class in the media/design course to create the new dignum coffee mug. The results were really fantastic and after a long struggle, our highly qualified jury was finally able to decide on a winning design.

"When designing this elephant, I wanted to capture the vibrant spirit of South Africa, a country known for its rich cultural heritage and modern advancements. My approach was to create a design that balances tradition and modernity and reflects the country's deep cultural roots and its future-oriented progress:

I chose green as the key color to symbolize growth, harmony and renewal. This not only represents South Africa's agricultural development, but also highlights the country's ability to grow and develop despite the challenges of its dark past. Pink and orange were also incorporated to convey playfulness, vibrancy and community energy. These colors represent the joy, warmth and dynamism of South Africa, highlighting the country's continued growth and its colorful, evolving future. They also speak to the spirited nature of South African communities, which continually find new ways to express themselves creatively, adapt and thrive."
